I head back to work on Monday. DO NOT WANT! Well, that's a lie. I do want to go back because I need the money and I miss my babies. I don't want to go back because I enjoy being lazy. Today was great - a perfect example of laziness. I dropped Josh off at school, came home and fell asleep at 10am. I woke up at 1pm. I ate and then flipped through all the channels that we have the fireplace channel, international music video channel, free preview of the Chinese channels because of Chinese New Year and a bunch of others that I didn't know we had. I am very happy about this.

I am now watching NCIS while waiting for Josh to get home. I am making cheeseburgers for supper and need to do dishes before I make them.

I need to buy some pop so we can sneak it into the hockey game on Sunday. I have the popcorn so I can pop that before we leave.

I want Starbucks.

I am finished moving for today. I am not getting up unless I absolutely have to. I don't know what we're going to have for supper tonight but whatever it is, it's coming from in this house. Probably just chicken strips and rice. Oh, that reminds me. I need to check the flyer for No Frills. SWEET! They have roast on sale. That will be good. I'll get it tomorrow and make is Sunday morning. The slow cooker is amazing.

I have gone and put the extra battery into the laptop. It's drained right now so I only have 80% left but still, that's better than what it was. I have just over 2 hours now and if I didn't have the extra one in I'd only have an hour. I might plug it in before I nap so that it can charge and we'll have the extra time for Lady Gaga night tonight.

I headed to the St. Laurent Centre today so I could put money down on my cell phone. I didn't pay it all off because I need the extra money for groceries. $80 for two weeks...it'll suck but I can do it. I've done it before and I have no doubt that I'll have to do it again. Hell, at the end of January and beginning of February I'll have to food bank it. I hate that but it's what I have to do.

Wow, I had other things to type and I cannot remember a word of what was in my head. Maybe I'm just overtired. Maybe after my nap my brain will work.

I want friend in this city.

Today was a busy day. I dropped Josh off at school and headed to the Rideau Centre to wander around for a bit. I bought myself a bra (finally) and then headed to Chapters to look at books for Josh for his birthday. I picked up a how to draw dinosaurs book and a dinosaur reference book for his birthday. I'm going to go back when I have some extra money and pick up a few Pokemon books and some art supplies for him. That'll be enough for his birthday I think. If I can really afford it I'd like to get him the new Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Wii game. It looks good. If not, I'm going to pick up a Wii card so we can download a few games.

I also went to my first physio appointment and it was good. I like the staff there. Sadly, I am going to have to cancel my appointment on Tuesday because there will be no way at all I can get from my doctors appointment to the hospital in time. It won't be that bad because it'll just be my second appointment. I have my exercises to do and I think I'll be fine until next Thursday. I'm going to have to talk to Myriam so I can rearrange my schedule. I'm thinking of volunteering during the time that I'm not going to be working. I might do two clients on Monday, one on Wednesday and then one on Friday. I wish I had Fridays off but if I just work in the morning it won't be too bad.

Tomorrow is going to be a relatively lazy day. I have to go and pay my cell bill in the morning and that's really it. I need to see how much it's going to cost to send out the stuff to Tan and then possibly send it. I need to pick up a few things though. Hmm, maybe I should check my bank account balance.

Did laundry, got the groceries we need for today and part of tomorrow and now we are home. I am not doing anything else for the next three and a half hours. NOTHING!

Josh stayed home today from school. His asthma was acting up last night and he had trouble breathing this morning. It was nice having him at the laundromat with me. Today, since he missed class he knows that he has to do work that I assign. He'll be practicing his printing and sentences and he'll have some reading to do. At least he has a book that he's interested in to read.

Now, I am going to sleep.

Second day of a Wizards of Waverly Place marathon. I want to shoot myself. Two more hours and it will be over. I can last. Then I can put something decent on.

I'm trying to figure out what to do with groceries this week. I'll have a bit of extra money this week but I don't know what I should make. I wanted to make throw together again but I have to make sure I can get cheese at a relatively cheap price. I'd have to get two bricks because Josh will want to eat one. I'll have to pick up more carrots, probably two bags of them at least. Josh went nuts with the last bag and it was gone in two days.

And less that two hours now. Had to take a food break.

We're going to be baking soon as well so that will get me away from this show. I wish I could go back to sleep. Oh, that reminds me that I need to take my pills soon. I guess I should go so I can get everything ready to bake. I need to make sure that the bathtub gets cleaned tonight before my bath. I'll probably end up doing it myself. That will be interesting.

Last night was pretty cool. Josh and I spent at least an hour watching Lady Gaga videos. I have to make sure I can pick up the CD for him for his birthday. There are a bunch of things that I want to pick up for him this year. He'll be 10. It's still surprising to me that I will have a 10 year old.

I haven't done anything today. I went to bed at 2:30 this morning because I was watching the Johnny Depp version of Sleepy Hollow and woke up at 11. I got Josh lunch and had a bath and read some. At 2:30 I fell back asleep and woke up at 4:30. Right now I am fighting to stay awake. I think I'm coming down with something. It wouldn't be surprising with me being in and out of the hospital because of my knee. Plus, the people here are a little disgusting and don't think there's a problem with coughing all over the bus handles and things. Sometimes I hate public transportation. Tomorrow will be much of the same I think. I don't have any money to really go anywhere and I don't have any bus tickets.

Oh, that reminds me. I have to look for my bus pass. Maybe I'll do that now to get away from Wizards of Waverly Place. Sometimes I hate Family.
